Hello!
My name is Ellie and I’m a certified L3 personal trainer based in Stronghold London Fields / Hackney & GYMPODS Dalston.
I specialise in helping beginners and intermediates train in a way that is fun, effective and realistic. I can help you achieve your fitness goals and fall in love with moving your body at the same time.
I am 100% inclusive. All body types and fitness levels are welcome. My services are LGBTQIA+ friendly, non-intimidating, non-judgemental.
MY APPROACH
After many years working a full time desk job, I know how hard it can be to exercise without it feeling like chore. My aim will always be to help you find fun and sustainable ways to take care of your health that don’t make you feel like you need to compromise.
I will always take into consideration every aspect of your life - your physical health, mental health, work, responsibilities, social life. My holistic approach aims to help you find the perfect balance, so that you can enjoy your life and get fit and healthy along the way.

SERVICES
1:1 Personal Training
Individual sessions at home, in the park or the gym. Designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and have fun doing it.
Train with Friends
If you’re not a solo gym go-er, I offer 2:1 personal training sessions for you and a friend so you can motivate each other and have a laugh.
Nutritional Advice
I can help you understand what to eat to maintain a healthy diet, lose weight or gain weight - while still enjoying all the foods you love.
Online Coaching
I offer personalised training courses that can be completed entirely over video call. All my online clients will receive exactly the same support as my in-person clients.
Customised Plans
All my plans are completely bespoke. They are tailored to help you meet your goals while remaining achievable and realistic to fit around your life.
Regular Check Ins
Sometimes fitness can feel overwhelming but I won’t abandon you! I will check in with you regularly to support every step of your journey and hold you accountable if that’s what you need.
We’re here for a good time, not a long time.
