How much does it all cost?
My prices vary depending on where and how often you want to train.
But no matter how you choose to work with me, all my clients receive:

1:1 Personal Training

Online Coaching
30 mins: £17.50
60 mins: £35

Progress doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why I ask all my clients need to commit to a minimum of 8 sessions with me.
Payments must be made in advance for the month ahead. I’ll send you an invoice on the last Friday of every month, detailing your upcoming sessions. You’ll then have one week to complete payment.
The costs listed for 2:1 sessions covers both participants. One invoice will be issued to the lead booker.
At home sessions will need to be within a reasonable distance for me to travel.
Any sessions you can’t attend will need to be cancelled a minimum of 24hrs in advance, otherwise you will still be charged. I will always try and rearrange with you in the case of illness or emergency.
